来自捷克最著名的旱地冰球俱乐部AC Sparta Praha，为本俱乐部顶级教练兼负责人之一，主管赛事运营、教学等工作，拥有7年教学年限。2014年为韩国男子旱地冰球国家队主教练，并首次带领韩国队走上亚洲之巅。2016年7月正式赴CFD全职工作。
11月26日，CFD在其浦东新馆举办了首届Shanghai Floorball Cup。本次比赛圆满成功落幕，有10支队伍参加了这次国际性赛事。我们就本次比赛的情况及CFD在未来对旱地冰球的发展的规划对赛事负责人之一及CFD主教练Michael进行了采访。
On the 26th CFD hosted the first Shanghai floorball cup in its new Pudong arena. The tournament was a great success. 10 teams competed for the cup with a serious international participation. We asked the head coach of CFD and one of the organizers of the SFC some questions about the tournament and what is CFD preparing for the development of floorball in the close future.

SHFA：Michael, how would you evaluate the Shanghai Floorball Cup?
SHFA：Michael，你如何评价本次Shanghai Floorball Cup？
Michael：First of all, I want to thanks to all the people that have participated. Not just the players but all workers and volunteers that have made this tournament so great. We had 22 games great games. Participants from 15 countries including the world champions Sweden, but also Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic and others. A small group also arrived from Malaysia. All the players were satisfied, had a great time, played some great floorball and are already looking forward to the next edition.
Michael：首先，我想借此机会感谢所有参与到本次比赛当中的人。除了参赛队员以外，本次赛事能够成功举办离不开所有工作人员及志愿者的付出。22场精彩绝伦的比赛，来自15个国家的参赛队员，包括屡次取得世界杯冠军的瑞典，排名前列的瑞士、捷克等国。甚至还有一群特地从马来西亚飞来的爱好者。几乎所有参赛队员赛后反馈都表示对赛事组织非常满意，同时非常享受一天的赛事，并且已经开始期待下一场比赛了！
SHFA：Lately, CFD has done a lot of events developing floorball in Shanghai. What do you think about it?
SHFA：近来，CFD为旱地冰球在上海的发展进行了一系列举措，对此你有什么看法？
Michael：CFD focuses on bringing the highest quality. Our Vikings club is growing. The kids are training according to our 5 level training system that combines western and Chinese spirit to bring up the best skilled players in China. Our coaching seminars have been a great success teaching coaches how to make quality training sessions and be effective in their coaching. We also organized the many youth tournaments so our young players have a place to show what they learned. And of course the Shanghai floorball cup. We plan to make tradition out of it and being the best and biggest floorball event in Asia.
Michael：CFD专注于最高品质的内容。我们的维京俱乐部也在发展当中，青少年的训练是按照五个级别的体系来进行的，中西结合，目的是培养中国最优秀的旱地冰球队员。CFD的旱地冰球教练员培训也取得了卓越成就，CFD培养出的教练员有很强的实践能力，知道如何安排高质量的旱地冰球训练，并且能够将训练内容高效的进行。我们也经常举办青少年的赛事，给孩子们提供旱地冰球个人技术展示的平台。当然最重要的是本次Shanghai Floorball Cup，我们计划将这个比赛持续下去，形成每年的传统，并致力于将它打造成亚洲最高水平的旱地冰球赛事。
SHFA：What are the upcoming plans for the future?
SHFA：能跟我们谈谈未来的计划吗？
Michael：We plan to make a youth league in Shanghai where the participating teams will play each other more often to get better. We will keep the statistics so we can see to progress of individual players and after a few months of this league we will take the results and award the champion of the Chinese floorball league. As a leading floorball organization in China it is CFD’s mission to bring the first floorball youth league to China as soon as possible!
Michael：我们计划首先举办青少年的联盟赛，队伍之间的比赛频率越来越高，小孩子们通过比赛能够成长更快。每次比赛我们都会记录好数据，通过数据我们可以清楚的看出球员个人的进步。联盟赛将历时数月，通过数月的数据积累对球队进行排名，并在当年的最后一场比赛时颁发中国旱地冰球联盟赛的冠军等奖项。作为中国旱地冰球领先机构，CFD的任务就是要尽可能快的打造中国首个青少年旱地冰球联盟赛。
